He has traveled extensively throughout the domestic and international markets, including North America, South America, Central America, Asia, and Africa. His nearly 40 years of experience in the industry has included the positions of Service Department Manager, Production Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager.

Mike Guerney, Vice President, has been involved in the industrial water treatment industry since 1980. His experience began with detailed equipment design and layout and has followed through to final installations and start-ups. His experiences also include extensive travel throughout the domestic and international markets in North America, South America, Central America, Asia, and Africa. Mr. Guerney has held the position of Service Department Manager and has accumulated over twenty-four years of experience through the design, installation, and servicing of industrial water treatment systems.

Greg Spangler, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has worked in the industrial water treatment industry for thirty-four years. Mr. Spangler has been employed as , VP for Enviropax and Western Filter Company, Marketing Manager for HW Process Technologies, and Senior Sales Engineer for Osmonics Inc., and GE Water and Process Technologies. Target markets for sales and marketing coverage included Food and Beverage, Mining and Municipal in North America, Central America, China, and Mexico.
